I promised the good the bad and the ugly right? Something momentous happened today. I can’t talk about it yet, but I promise I will do.

It’s one of those life-changing events. I wish I could say it is bitter sweet but it is so much more than that. It’s perhaps the worst and the best thing that could ever happen to me. Best described as horrendous to start with, but will all be good when it’s all over.

Sorry to be so cryptic. When I am able to talk about it I may find solace in the fact that it’s a fairly common experience shared by many of us.

I would find it incredible to believe those of us that have reached middle age haven’t acquired some battle scares along the way.
