Ready for Spring?

Are we being fooled into thinking spring is here? I know I am. The world seems a better place when the sun is shining and the sky is blue. My sense of gratitude is even stronger today knowing how lucky I am to be living a life of freedom with all that is happening in other parts of the world.

May there be peace

It seems surreal. First the pandemic, that has ’stolen’ two years and more of our lives. Now the Russian invasion. It seems the world has gone mad. All this can and most probably will affect our mental health. Of course it will.

Bring some calm to your life

When you are powerless to change what is, there is only acceptance. And the truth. This is our world right now and we have to live in it. Myself, well I will try to keep balanced . To get back on a steady course when I am rocked by emotions.
